I wish this section was set up differently! It doesn't show it as dated blogs, but just as a long list of recipes. Boo.. Hopefully I can work something else out so they are easily accessible.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix everything together into a large mixing bowl. Save some of the tomato paste to cover the top. After you have mixed everything together put it in a pyrex dish forming into a loaf. Take the remaining tomato paste and put it on the top of your uncooked meatloaf. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with your favorite vegetable or salad.
Tomato Soup with Chicken3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 large can of chunked tomatoes
1 can of coconut milk
Sea Salt, to taste
Ground Pepper, to taste
Thyme, to taste (I used ground because it's all I had in the pantry)
2 chicken tenderloins, cooked and cut in chunks
Fresh tomatoes to garnish
First, in your soup pot, put about a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and slightly brown the onions. Add the garlic and saute another 2 minutes. Place onion and garlic into a blender or food processor along with the canned tomatoes and blend until smooth. Place back in soup pot and add the can of coconut milk. Add salt, pepper, and thyme to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes. When done, top with fresh tomatoes and chicken. DELICIOUS! I want to make it with all fresh tomatoes next time!
Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Carrots and Onion

1/2 cups red wine
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 medium red onion, sliced

Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Fresh ground sea salt, to taste
Put everything in the slow cooker, set it on high for 4 hours and let it do it's thing.
Baby Back Pork Ribs & Vegetarian Collard Greens
Another pretty easy recipe.
Preheat oven to 350.
Season ribs with a rub of seasonings of your preference. Place in shallow pan. Put small amount of red wine at the bottom. Cook ribs for 2 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan. Saute garlic, sliced carrots, diced white onion until tender. Add chopped collard greens for about a minute. If your pan is big enough, add 3 cups of chicken or vegetable stock. (If your pan isn't big enough, transfer to a pot that is.) Simmer for 45 minutes.
Salmon with Dill and Asparagus
This recipe is really easy. Quick and easy dinner idea!
Preheat oven to 350.
Season salmon with sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and fresh dill. Place on cookie sheet or oven safe pan.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes depending on your taste.
Meanwhile, cook asparagus seasoned with sea salt and pepper. I tried to cook mine in my new steamer, it didn't work.. so I put it in a pan and cooked it a little more until it was just slightly crispy.
