Day One is Done

Today is day 2.. Let me give you the rundown on Day 1.

For breakfast I tried to make a vegetable frittata. I'm not sure I actually know what a frittata is, so it turned out to be scrambled eggs with veggies. I also made bacon. When shopping for bacon, it was hard to find some that didn't have sugar in it. I ended up picking bacon that had the least amount of sugar... and it was sooo salty!

We did workout #1 from the Firefighter's 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program. My bottom is sore today.

I snacked on a few walnuts and slivered almonds here and there. Not too many..

For lunch we had Paleo Burgers. Apparently I'm not good at making burgers because they didn't taste good to me at all. Next time Lucian will have to season them.

For Dinner I made baked salmon with dill and asparagus. I will put the recipe in the recipe section of the blog.

It's harder than it seems to eat something with out being processed - break, tortillas, lunch meat, cheese. And sweets! - it's hard to get used to coffee with out sweetener in it!

After all that, I feel good about day 1, ready to tackle day 2.
